We play as an upper class guy who comes from a good family and we have a great business and we are doing very well for ourselves. That is until one day our biggest rival steals all our wealth and we need to build it all up again from the ground up. Of course, we also need to get revenge on this piece of garbage too! The game has a great sense of humor and I found myself smiling a great deal as I progressed through the game.

Max Gentlemen Sexy Business! Manages to have a very personal kind of story, despite many parts of it being played for laughs. You have to create your avatar and your rival, let me tell you, if you do not give them a big old-timey mustache, what the heck are you even doing? Another way that I found myself getting invested in the story was with the “employees” There are six men and six women that you can get to know better and this is where the dating sim aspect of the game comes into play. Each of the characters are well written and feel unique so you will want to spend a bit of time with each of them so you can get to know them better.

One of the things about Max Gentlemen Sexy Business! Is that it sounds way more complex than it is. You view the entire map on one screen and you have different areas that you can click on. You start off with just one employee and you need to decide what you want them to do such as going to the bank to make money or heading to the boxing ring to get stronger for fighting. You need to build up the stats of your employees and make money as you progress through the game. There are boss fights, resource management, and more. It is a very competent business sim with lots to see and do, but partaking in the game is actually very simple, and in no time at all, you will fully understand exactly what it is you are doing and need to do.

The game even has voice acting which I was surprised by, it is not fully voice acted, but there are more than enough recorded lines of dialogue to make you get even more connected with certain characters.
